We are excited to announce that we have greatly improved the functionality of our incoming phone prompts to assist you in getting to the person or department that can best assist you!

Our phone number has stayed the same, but many of our staff extensions and prompts have changed.

Here is an outline of our new phone options:

  • Option 2 – Apply for a loan or check the status of an existing loan application
  • Option 3 – Order, activate, or report a lost or stolen Debit Card
  • Option 4 – Questions about Visa Credit Cards (including Lost/Stolen)
  • Option 5 – Branch locations and hours
  • Option 6 – Account information and assistance with online banking/bill pay
  • Option 7 – Freedom Line and merchant check verification
